Today I’ve gathered sparkling pomegranate recipes, health benefits, and simple less-mess de-seeding tips to encourage you to explore the wonderful world of this exotic fruit.

Pomegranates have been cherished for their exquisite color, flavor, beauty, and health benefits for centuries.

From their distinctive crown to their ruby red arils, pomes are royalty among fruit. They have been symbolic of prosperity and abundance in the Eastern civilizations. Their versatility and possibilities are as abundant as you will see.

29 gorgeous recipes are at the end of this post.

Getting all the seeds out of pomegranates may seem like a lot of work with its tough skin and labyrinth of seed-holding pockets, but it’s well worth it!

You can purchase fresh pomegranates in most grocery stores from September through January. When refrigerated in a plastic bag, pomegranates store well for up to 2 months.

These antioxidant-packed, delicious gems of the fruit kingdom are also simply beautiful and add so much to a food presentation. Sparkling and sweet-tart, whether cook or consumer, you will be in food heaven!

    Hi! I’m Jacqueline!

Thanks for being part of this journey with me.
Welcome to my own little place on the internet! Home is where I love to be. I feel there is no greater place to incubate souls. These days you’ll find me using my experiences here to write about herbal remedies and natural health research — a big passion of mine. But being a wife and mother is not easy. It is challenging and potentially lonely. I get that. I wanted to create a place to connect with and support other moms for creating a natural, healthy, and fulfilling home life.

Thank you for this! We have 3 trees on our property and are just finishing off our harvest from last year. We put ours through a juice reamer and freeze the juice in ice cube trays for smoothies and blended kombucha. Yummy! I like the salad recipes you shared here and will try some 🙂
