You can purchase fresh pomegranates in most grocery stores from September through January. When refrigerated in a plastic bag, pomegranates store well for up to 2 months.

Thank you for this! We have 3 trees on our property and are just finishing off our harvest from last year. We put ours through a juice reamer and freeze the juice in ice cube trays for smoothies and blended kombucha. Yummy! I like the salad recipes you shared here and will try some 🙂

Oh! Wow! We have pomegranate tree bushes on our land, why have I not investigated in how to release the seeds form there rind. You are genius and I will not forget this, I am ready to do some tree picking and not battle their seeds.
