List of Attorneys Worldwide Now Available for Vaccine Lawsuits

Litigation floodgates are now open for the mRNA vaccine-injured. Here is a current comprehensive list of all 90 attorneys around the world available for lawsuits against vaccine manufacturers.

Last month, Steve Kirsch wrote on X, “You can now sue the mRNA COVID vaccine manufacturers for damages and the FDA is required to take the COVID vaccines off the market. Why? Adulteration. The plasmid bioactive contaminant sequences were NOT pointed out to the regulatory authorities. It’s considered gross adulteration. I just got off the phone with Professor Byram Bridle and Dr. Robert Malone on this.”

[UPDATE: To add to the outcry, RFK Jr. wrote on X (6/25/2024), “Five states — Texas, Utah, Kansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana — are suing Pfizer for knowing and concealing the vaccine causes myocarditis, pericarditis, failed pregnancies and deaths. That’s 10% of US states.”]

Kevin McKernan’s work [to uncover this] is unimpeachable. His results have been replicated by others all over the world. He found that the COVID vaccines contain therapeutic levels of plasmid DNA. DNA lasts forever, and if it integrates into your genome, you will produce its product forever.

The main takeaways of McKernan’s work are:

1. The mRNA vaccines are contaminated with SV40 and who knows what else. This should never have been allowed.

2. The vials exceeded the guidelines by “orders of magnitude.” In other words.. by a lot!

3. The discovery was confirmed by Health Canada. The FDA and CDC are remaining silent. As far as anyone knows, they are not doing anything to assess the implications of the finding.

This opens the option of litigation to those who were mandated by employers —and by the military. They can now bring lawsuits if they experienced one or more of the numerous forms of vaccine injuries. Lieutenant Ted Macie has selflessly waived anonymity in order to raise the alarm about the startling number of troops suffering potentially fatal heart-related problems.

Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) held a hearing on COVID-19 vaccine injuries earlier this month, where she vowed to expose “the TRUTH behind the COVID-19 vaccines.”

The First Big Legal Victory!

The New York law firm Siri & Glimstad (#68 0n the list above), led by Aaron Siri, has been actively fighting mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations with litigation and warning letters dispatched to schools and employers on behalf of their clients. They have been funded by the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN), a Texas-based nonprofit group fighting mandatory vaccines.

This recent ICAN-funded lawsuit, argued by Aaron Siri, struck down the Covid-19 vaccine mandate to attend school in San Diego, California. It’s the first COVID-19 vaccine requirement in the country to be struck down in a final ruling.

Thousands of lawsuits are under way as I write this. I hope those who’ve been Covid vaccine-injured or who’ve lost a loved one to it, will fight back by being part of a class action lawsuit or other litigation. These “vaccines” are the “snake oil” of today, hawked by Big Pharma companies who only care about profits. Just as Monsanto and Bayer have been dogged by massive billion dollar lawsuits against their products, we hope this trend continues so they will be forced to change how they do business. We need to hold them accountable, so they will think twice before pushing another fear campaign to mandate their deadly products.
