13 Hospitals that Drug Unconscious Patients W/O Their Consent

Similar to investigating whether some hospitals are prematurely ending lives for transplant organs, I feel this story is worth exposing. Knowledge is power and forearms us to protect our families.

Numerous healthcare sites in the country are now automatically enrolling people in the clinical trial for fentanyl and ketamine, administered during transport in an ambulance while the patient is unconscious from a traumatic accident, such as a car wreck.

Ketamine is a short-acting general anesthetic with hallucinogenic, analgesic, and known to be a “date rape” drug as it causes short-term memory loss. And fentanyl is a highly potent opioid that induces strong respiratory depression and robust brain hypoxia when used incorrectly or when mixed with ketamine. (source)

Normally, researchers must ask a person for their consent before they can be in a study. Because severe traumatic injuries must be treated right away, there is usually not time to get consent. And in the emergency of a traumatic injury, the family is not around or can’t be found before the injured person must be treated. “This study could not be done without special permission to include people before getting consent. This permission is called Exception From Informed Consent (EFIC),” according to this press release.

13 Hospitals/Trauma Centers Where the Study is Automatic:

In June, Infowars published a report that a medical experimentation program funded by the Department of Defense (DOD) is administering fentanyl and ketamine to unconscious patients without their consent, thereby automatically enrolling them in a clinical trial.

The Infowars investigation has led to the research program publicly answering questions on their information page. You can read them all, but the devil is in how they are worded.

A new FDA rule went into effect in January 2024, allowing for individuals to be part of medical experiments – so-called “clinical trials” – and to receive investigational drug treatments WITHOUT CONSENT to becoming a medical test subject.

“This final rule permits an institutional review board (IRB) to waive or alter certain informed consent elements or to waive the requirement to obtain informed consent, under limited conditions, for certain FDA-regulated minimal risk clinical investigations,” the Federal Register said.

This appears to be a clear violation of our First Amendment rights. The First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America is what guarantees us all, as US citizens, some of our most well-known and most cherished freedoms.
