Thanks. Meant to mention off topic but in line with the amazing baking soda don’t know much about it but I found out apparently there is a potassium bicarbonate if you hadn’t heard of it. Thought it was important for the amazing uses of bicarbonate but wonder if it seemingly adds to the important potassium side of the potassium/sodium balance so maybe amazing^2. Thought I’d pass along.

It must be used with pH strips, however, so you can’t over use it and get too alkaline, which also isn’t good!
