Today, we are talking about ivermectin and fenbendazole for arthritis and osteoarthritis. Please consider the possibilities from the following anecdotal testimonials below the video.
Incidentally, these antiparasitics are successfully being repurposed for other uses like basal cell and squamous cell skin cancers, leukemia, and other cancers. You can read many of these testimonies on Dr. William Makis’s substack. I share all this to get this information out to the public that may not know and thus save lives.
Dr. Makis now has the largest Ivermectin cancer practice in the world and successfully treated one of Mel Gibson’s friends who was healed. Gibson spoke about this on the Joe Rogan podcast. Fascinating 13 minutes.
You will find the ER doc’s protocol (#6) following 5 other similar arthritis stories.

In the image above, we see Ivermectin may in fact relieve arthritis, and even fully cure it. The conclusion of the first study cited (above) is:
“Ivermectin has significant anti-arthritic properties and can be a novel treatment agent for the management of rheumatoid arthritis patients suffering from strongyloidiasis.”
In the second study cited (above) we read:
“Some antiparasitics have also been used to boost immunity in a number of human diseases including leprosy, Hodgkin’s disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and in adjuvanted therapy of colorectal cancer.”
And other recent studies (here, here, and here) verify that parasites CAN and DO CAUSE rheumatic and other musculoskeletal issues. One key statement that stands out is, “Parasites may reside in the intestines, but many species migrate during certain life stages to the blood, lymph, heart, liver, gall bladder, pancreas, spleen, eyes and brain, as well as inside the lining of the joints.”
More testimonials on ‘osteoarthritis’ or ‘arthritis’ on Dr. Makis’s Substack:
2. “My husband just started taking 12mg Ivermectin about 10 days ago and then added 222mg Fenbendazole on Monday (for bladder cancer). The 4th day of ivermectin alone, he didn’t have anywhere near the pain from his osteoarthritis in his back and hips. Especially his back was almost pain free. 3 days of Fenbendazole added and he said he feels even better. ~L. Bennett
3. “Add in Red Light or Infrared Light Treatments and the results will be amazing. I have been using it for months and it reduced my Osteoarthritis by 98% in my knees.” ~DCyr
4. “We started it just on a whim. In case we had some cancer. But higher doses as though we had cancer. But guess what? It started healing the terrible spinal pain and inflammation!” ~Sky2A2
5. “To treat an internal hemorrhoid and to prevent a possible prostate cancer (I am 70 years old) I mix myself a small cocktail for 3 days of which I inject daily 3ml into my rectum using a disposable syringe. In this way, the medication reaches the exact place where I need it and enters, of course, the whole body via the portal vein too. For this recipe, I first dissolve 750mg Fenben in 3ml of lukewarm water, then I add 6ml DMSO at 99,9% and mix well. Finally I add 3 doses of the Iv.paste, which dissolves very easily. ( This cocktail can of course be drunken too). By this treatment my Arthritis got much better, nearly no more pain in my hips and shoulders. God bless you William and your family and thank you so much for your work.” ~Peter 54

Ivermectin’s Mechanisms of Anti-Inflammatory Action & Key Pathways
• Inhibition of Nuclear Factor-kB (NF-kB): Can inhibit the NF-kB pathway, a central regulator of inflammation.
• Modulation of Toll-like Receptors (TLRs): Can dampen inflammation by interacting with Toll-like receptors.
• Inhibition of Protein Kinases: Ivermectin interferes with various protein kinases
• that play various roles in inflammatory signalling pathways, thus contributing to its anti-inflammatory properties.
• Glycine and Glutamate-Gated Chloride Channels: Affects chloride channels thus regulating immune cell function.
• Endosomal pH Alteration: By modifying endosomal pH, Ivermectin can impact antigen presentation and immune responses, as yet another anti-inflammatory mechanism.
Dr. Makis’s Take… The Protocol He Recommended
I wouldn’t have thought trying Ivermectin and Fenbendazole for Osteoarthritis
From the 72 year old ER Physician who took Ivermectin 12mg and Fenbendazole 222mg for 3 weeks:
“Pain basically gone.”
“Morning stiffness greatly improved.”
“Real improvement immediately began with the addition of Fenbendazole.”
This one surprised me a bit.
There seems to be an anti-inflammatory effect to Fenbendazole I didn’t account for.
I encourage people to do their own research as I don’t recommend anything… I just give information that can open up a whole new world to those who have been solely dependent on big Pharma and are suffering for it. If you are reading this and have cancer, consult a doctor that can guide you like Dr. Wm Makis in Alberta, Canada. (He does consult now and is a godsend!)
“Pray as though everything depended on God. Work as though everything depended on you.” ~St. Augustine
