Hear The Parents Tell Their Story
The parents of the 6-year-old West Texas girl who died in a hospital after testing positive for measles shared their story with CHD’s Polly Tommey and Brian Hooker, Ph.D., in a live interview recorded Saturday in Seminole, Texas. “This is their story,” Tommey said. “This is how they wanted you to hear it from them.”
Importantly, at timestamp 13:03, the parent’s state the real reason they would still NOT give the MMR for measles (or promote it).

Their Mennonite community avoids vaccines due to “too many vaccine adverse-events” already in the community. And beyond that, the parents understand that measles (and other febrile diseases) give children immunity to cancers later in life (see the studies!) This has been hidden from us for many decades –unless you know where to look.
True to form, the media lied to us creating a panic story about measles and questioning RFK’s measured response. Do you think any of them will apologize for getting it wrong? In your dreams, maybe.
In another medical webinar, Dr. Joseph Varon is joined by Dr. Elizabeth Mumper and Dr. Renata Moon, both seasoned pediatricians and outspoken advocates for medical transparency. They break down what parents actually need to know about measles, media fear campaigns, and the broader implications for informed consent in medicine.
As Dr. Varon points out, in response to the media-fueled panic, cities like Houston immediately launched aggressive measles vaccination drives. But do these efforts actually prevent outbreaks? And are there risks to consider? Dr. Liz Mumper clarifies a huge risk:
“We know that when you first get the measles vaccine, your vitamin A levels drop for 9 to 14 days. And vitamin A is actually one of the very protective mechanisms that our body has to defend us against measles. In fact, in the third world, the WHO recommends high-dose vitamin A for measles treatment because it dramatically reduces complications.”
For directions to give Vitamin A as a preventative or treatment for measles, read: Treating Measles in Children With 1 Specific Critical Vitamin
Dr. Mumper also points out that vaccinated individuals can still contract measles, especially as immunity wanes over time. A lot of measles outbreaks have been among highly-vaccinated populations. (source) Meanwhile, the MMR vaccine has NEVER been proven to reduce measles-related deaths—a fact often ignored in public messaging.
There have now been 10 studies in the peer-reviewed literature now comparing fully vaxxed and fully unvaxxed kids. The fully unvaxed kids do better on every single health measure. The mainstream media does not want you to know any of this because it would make them look bad for getting it so wrong before.
Details are in Brian Hooker’s Kindle book: Vax-Unvax: Let the Science Speak, a CHD sponsored book.
