I am very excited to bring you Dr. Sabine Hazan‘s novel information on Bifidobacterium. Her priceless research has been heavily censored since 2021 for reasons of corporate greed. Her findings should very much help you and your whole family, as you will see.
Bifidobacterium are not just passive gut residents. They perform specific vital metabolic and immune work that no other genus of probiotic can produce at the same scale in humans.
We now are starting to grasp that a lack of Bifidobacterium levels in the gut is one huge reason why SO MANY were SO SICK with COVID back then – and likely some are still affected with long-COVID (aka Long-Hauler’s even now).
Please listen to this 2 minutes by Dr. Sabine. It’s highly instructive and vital to prevent or address many health issues now and in the future.
In this 2 minute video, she mentions that Autism (yes, autism), Alzheimer’s, Crohn’s, IBS, Invasive Cancer, and even Lyme are also connected to a lack of Bifidobacteria:
She highlights 2 things that both increase and assist Bifidobacteria in the microbiome:
1. Vitamin C
2. Ivermectin (a fermented soil bacteria)
Knowing this (and understanding it to put it onto practice preventatively), can change your future for viruses and many other diseases, including cancers.

Bifidobacterium important in many cancers, including those of the colon, lungs, breast, and stomach:
Very recent clinical studies and 2025 across-the-board cancer mapping have established that LOW levels of Bifidobacterium consistently correlate with a more aggressive, treatment-resistant, and overall harmful cancer progression.
Bifidobacterium is now recognized as a vital systemic immune training instrument. When Bifidobacterium are low or absent, the patient’s internal terrain undergoes specific structural changes and any normal tumor-fighting collapses.
Three Direct Connections Between LOW Bifidobacterium and Aggressive Cancer:
1. The Immune System Becomes Blind to Tumors (The Checkpoint Inhibitor Failure)
The most profound discovery regarding Bifidobacterium came from landmark studies investigating Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors (ICIs).
• The High Bifido Training: When Bifidobacterium are abundant in the gut, they continuously shed tiny cell-wall fragments and specific metabolic molecules (like inosine). These molecules enter the bloodstream and act to prime dendritic cells and “train” CD8+ Cytotoxic T-cells (the primary killer cells that hunt down aberrant tissue). (source)
• The Low Bifido Collapse: When Bifidobacterium are depleted, this baseline background training drops to zero. Without that microbial primer, the immune system essentially becomes blind to tumors. Clinical trials have repeatedly demonstrated that patients with low Bifidobacterium have a drastically higher rate of immunotherapy resistance, allowing tumors to mutate and proliferate aggressively without immune intervention.
2. Loss of Butyrate, Tumor Suppression and Apoptosis
Bifidobacterium species are highly efficient factories for converting dietary starches and prebiotics into acetate, which neighboring bacteria further synthesize into butyrate. (source)
• Tumor Suppression: When healthy concentrations of Butyrate reach cells, it TURNS ON tumor-suppressor genes and directly triggers apoptosis (programmed cell death) in aberrant, rapidly dividing cells—especially within the GI tract and liver.
• The Low Bifido Aggression: When Bifidobacterium crashes, local acetate and butyrate levels quickly drop. Deprived of this natural regulation, compromised tissues can easily bypass cellular checkpoints, leading to rapid, unchecked tumor growth and a significantly higher risk of metastasis.
3. A Shift to an Inflammatory, High-Acid Terrain
Aggressive cells rely entirely on high systemic inflammation and high oxidative stress to build their protective micro-environment.
• Bifidobacterium (such as this one) naturally downregulates systemic pro-inflammatory cytokines (like IL-6 and TNF-alpha) and strengthens the intestinal barrier.
• If Bifidobacterium is dangerously low, the body defaults into chronic, low-grade systemic dysbiosis of the gut and inflammation. Broken leaky gut barrier allows bacterial endotoxins to continuously leak into circulation, keeping the body in an inflamed state. This chronic inflammation acts as direct fuel for tumor progression, promoting angiogenesis (the growth of new blood vessels to feed tumors) and accelerating tissue invasion.
To Protect Your Bifidobacterium Supplement, Adjustment Your Morning Routine
If you drink ozonated water, do it AWAY from your probiotic supplement. You will prevent the powerful oxidizer from accidentally wiping out your probiotic bacteria. (Bifidobacterium are anaerobic bacteria that only survive in an oxygen-free environment).
1. The probiotic can now travel down to the colon completely unhindered. Once there, they clear out competitive pathogens and optimize the deep colonic environment.
2. This creates a safe, anaerobic (no oxygen) haven that allows your native Bifidobacterium to multiply and bloom.

Dr. John Campbell and Dr. Sabine go into depth on autism, long-COVID and the gut microbiome-brain connection:
1 hr. 32 minutes. At 15:30, Dr. Sabine reports that ‘the spike protein in the “vaccines” kill bifidobacteria in the gut’ which correlates with the gut-brain connection in long-covid.
Everyone who desires bountiful health should know this:
Bifidobacterium depletion shows up as a biomarker in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), colorectal cancer, multiple allergies, obesity, diabetes, depression, and autism spectrum disorder. (Source)
A Note On Medications
Be aware that Bifidobacterium species (breve, longum, infantis, adolescentis, bifidium, etc.) are sensitive to a variety of medications. Obviously, the first medication to think about is antibiotics. Patients who routinely (once a year or more) take antibiotics, struggle with Bifidobacterium. A study found medications like Aleve, Aspirin, Tylenol, Hydrocodone, Lisinopril, Metformin, Metoprolol, or Glipizide to decrease Bifidobacterium. In particular, Aleve, Aspirin, and Tylenol killed Bifidobacterium and have a lasting negative impact on the microbiome.
