DETOX Dioxin Air & Soil Exposure w/ Broccoli Sprouts For Pennies

DETOX Dioxin Air & Soil Exposure w/ Broccoli Sprouts For Pennies

I’ll show you how you can sprout your own anti-dioxin medicine at home, using nothing more than broccoli sprouting seeds and a sprouting jar— for pennies.

Food scientist Mike Adams shares this under-utilized method for protecting your body from dioxin exposure – and other toxins as well.

Researchers from Johns Hopkins University and China tested the power of broccoli sprouts to protect people from toxic air pollutants. They studied 291 adults in the Jiangsu province of China – that has some of the highest levels of air pollution – and found broccoli sprouts were extremely effective. When it comes to getting cancer, the researchers assume “that if there’s less carcinogen in the body, there’s less risk.” (source)

The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has recently classified air pollution as carcinogenic to humans, so it makes sense to consume a food that slows or stops the damage.

Broccoli sprouts and radish sprouts have potent anti-cancer medicine, neuroprotective phytonutrients, blood-sugar moderating nutrients.

At timestamp 11:30 Mike tells about 1 powerful food to block dioxins even if you have already been exposed.

Broccoli sprouts exert ~50 times more cancer-fighting power than fresh broccoli.

Broccoli Sprouts: powerful medicinal nutrients you can grow yourself—almost for free.

PubMed Study: Broccoli sprouts: an exceptionally rich source of enzymes that protect against chemical carcinogens (such as dioxin, benzene, and many more).

I3C (Indol 3 Carbinol) in broccoli sprouts works to prevent breast cancer, colon cancer, and others. (source)

Sulforaphane (SFN), another prominent phytochemical in broccoli sprouts, combats cancer on several fronts − including removal of carcinogens, prevention of cancer cell production, destruction of breast cancer cells, and tumor reduction. Sulforaphane works its magic by boosting Phase 2 enzymes in the body, whose job it is to neutralize the processes of disease.

Because SFN can kill cancer cells and suppress tumor growth in their early stages, it’s used to treat certain types of cancer, such as prostate cancer and pancreatic cancer. Sulforaphane has been shown to induce apoptosis (death of cancer cells), suppress cancerous cell cycles so their progression is limited, inhibit angiogenesis (formation of new blood vessels that allow tumors to grow) and anti-inflammatory activities, and inhibit metastasis. (source)

**We can expect to get dioxin in our systems at some point even if we weren’t affected by the cloud. It’s going to settle in the soil in farmland and end up in the food supply. Dioxins remain in the fat cells.

Cruciferous veggies change dioxins into water soluble and excreted from the body. So eat your veggies!

What You Need to Sprout Your Own Broccoli Seeds

You can do this with NO electricity, NO water pumps, NO soil, and even NO lights.

• 1 1/2 TBSP of broccoli sprouting seeds or other cruciferous sprouting seeds. Or this brand.

• A couple standard wide-mouth quart size canning jars with screen lids (I use this seed sprouter instead)

• Clean water, not from the tap which could be contaminated.

Directions: Watch the Video

Change the water every 8-12 hours (or more frequently).

Please don’t miss that you need to rinse and drain the jars 2x/d EVERY day! There are no molding problems if you follow these directions.

6 minutes.

Ways To Consume Broccoli Sprouts:

The 3-4 day-old raw broccoli sprouts have their highest nutritional value at this stage. Never cook sprouts. Too much heat deactivates the enzyme myrosinase, needed to convert the glucoraphanin in the sprouts into sulforaphane.

You can mix them into a smoothie or add them to a sandwich. In a smoothie, you can really pack in as many sprouts as you want. And if you’re not a fan of the taste of broccoli sprouts, a sweet fruit like banana or mango can mask the flavor. Broccoli sprouts have a mild radish-y kick to them, so they’re also great mixed into any kind of salad.

Other ways to get broccoli sprouts‘ goodness, though fresh raw sprouts are best:

• Health Ranger Broccoli sprout Powder and Capsule

• Dr. Mercola Fermented Broccoli Sprouts

• Broccoli Sprouting Seed Tincture

Once again, we see God’s creative provision—this time, in a tiny, widely-available and inexpensive seed.

There are at least 169 verses in the Bible that refer to the ways God provides for us. Philippians 4:19 puts it simply: “My God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.”

Hi! I’m Jacqueline!

Thanks for being part of this journey with me.
Welcome to my own little place on the internet! Home is where I love to be. I feel there is no greater place to incubate souls. These days you’ll find me using my experiences here to write about herbal remedies and natural health research — a big passion of mine. But being a wife and mother is not easy. It is challenging and potentially lonely. I get that. I wanted to create a place to connect with and support other moms for creating a natural, healthy, and fulfilling home life.

The video by Mike Adams is so slow I can hardly understand it. I don’t know how many broccoli sprouts or how often to eat them. Can you please advice? Thanks

      Cheryl,
Maybe I can help you. The video is set properly on our end, but you may have bumped the speed setting when you clicked it on on your end. Gown on the bottom left, just to the right of the timestamp, it should say 1x.
1x indicated it is at normal speed. Hover your curser over that, and you can adjust the speed back to 1x.
      I hope that helps!
Eat them as often as possible.
Also watch the video below the one by Mike and it will show you in more detail!
      Sending peace,
      Jacque

I’m just posting this as an FYI for your readers, Jacque. I think this could save lives and am trying to share it widely.

BEST EMERGENCY REMEDY FOR POISONING IS ACTIVATED CHARCOAL http://charcoalremedies.com/

Do your own research. Activated charcoal can be taken internally by people and also be put into livestock water/feed and mixed into toxic soil (gardens & crop land) to help protect and clean up the chemicals. It’s commonly used in emergency rooms for drug overdose or poisoning.

You can also make your own charcoal – it’s not hard, look it up.

I read an account in the book CharcoalRemedies.com by John Dinsley of a man who took activated charcoal 3 times daily for a while after acute exposure on the job to an extremely toxic substance and his blood tested all clear twice after his treatment. Docs said it was impossible. All the other men exposed in the same incident had life-ending or life-altering reactions within a couple years. They did not take activated charcoal.

Thanks and God bless each of you!

Thank you for sharing here, Katie!
Just a caveat, activated charcoal is not know in an emergency room setting to work after 25-30 minutes as the poison is already in the blood stream – and activated charcoal cannot grab it there.
It may have some use to clean up a terrain in a way I am not familiar with, but I wouldn’t rely on it for such a dire human need when there are more sure ways to do it with certainty.

      I wrote this here: https://deeprootsathome.com/activated-charcoal-why-no-mama-should-be-without-it/

“In the case of aspirin poisoning, activated charcoal should be given right away, or if possible, at least within the first thirty minutes.

Powdered charcoal reaches its maximum rate of adsorption in the stomach within one minute. The sooner it is given, the better the chances of successful treatment.

After one hour, charcoal given for fast-absorbing drugs like aspirin is usually only about ten percent effective. (source)

It has also been used successfully as an external poultice (mixed with baking soda and plantain) on brown recluse and other serious spider bites.”

I love the idea, though, for the soil and for livestock in an ongoing usage.

      Love and appreciate you,
      Jacque

        Cheryl,

Katie here. Your question is in reply to my comment, so I’ll go ahead and answer, though I think you may have meant to ask Jacqueline?

Jacqueline has a great post here with a long list of seed companies:

        https://deeprootsathome.com/4-ways-to-keep-monsanto-out-of-your-home-garden/

For years our favorite company to buy from has been High Mowing Seeds. It’s on Jacqueline’s list above.

Cheryl, I am not sure if I’m understanding your question. For bulk sprouting seed, this is the 5# bulk can we purchased: https://www.trueleafmarket.com/products/organic-broccoli-sprouting-seeds
We are actually going to order 3 more. they say on our can that they have a 5 year shelf life.

And Katie, also answered your question and recommended High Mowing Seeds in this post: https://deeprootsathome.com/4-ways-to-keep-monsanto-out-of-your-home-garden/

God bless you and I’m praying for you, friend!

    Jacque,

I follow The Healthy Home Economist on Telegram. Today she shared video footage from David Avacado Wolfe’s Telegram channel. In the video, a woman shows a miles-long line of train cars containing unknown liquid. It’s in the middle of nowhere, but near the sources of two rivers feeding that agricultural land and also San Francisco’s water source. This is the heart of California’s food production. I don’t know how to share that video here, but wanted to share this info with others.

The Healthy Home Economist is asking folks to keep their heads on a swivel and film suspicious stuff to share on social media. (Use discernment, though!)

I do not see a video title, but this is the text under the video:

“Ranchers in the heartland of the nut industry in California are concerned about the unprecedented hundreds of rail cars full of unknown substances that have appeared out of nowhere. This agricultural land is also the head of the aqueduct to San Francisco. This woman who has spoken with ranchers in the area, says that no one knows why they are there. (2 minutes, 18 seconds)”

I did a quick search at Rumble for “David Avocado Wolfe” but didn’t find it there.

So ironic this would pop up, I am just reading this book from the library on growing sprouts of all sorts (including broccoli) indoors all winter long for use in salads. The author started doing this because even though he grows a big veggie garden each year and preserves everything, he was missing fresh salads in the winter. It’s a super easy method and requires no equipment such as grow lights or anything like that and can be done even in low light such as with a north facing window. It’s called Year Round Indoor Salad Gardening by Peter Burke.

      Mrs. M.,
Thank you for the book title! I wonder if Peter Burke is growing them in soil? Our first-year greenhouse is doing so well this year, we can’t believe it.
I wish everyone would garden, and we wouldn’t be in such a pickle!

      Blessings,
      Jacque

Thank you, Jacqueline. I’ve been purchasing seeds for broccoli sprouts for years from SproutPeople.com since they are local to me. You’ve reminded me to start another batch. FYI, their website is an excellent resource for those just start out as they offer lots of tips on their site as well as their YouTube channel. Thanks again!
