Locals who have seen hurricanes their whole lives say recent storms are behaving very differently than storms normally do.

Hopefully, this compilation of different aircraft, equipment, and facilities that are being used to influence our weather (in this case, hurricanes) will be informative and allow you to make up your own mind in these matters.

First, let’s look at flight NOAA42, that was flying near the hurricane. And flying for hours, making loops in the sky.

Why are they doing that?  2 minutes.

It seems to be a 3 Step Plan for manipulating weather…

Step #1:  Cloud seeding. At critical places (maybe several places to boost strength), planes disperse nanoparticles in the sky that can respond to frequencies.

Is that what NOAA42 was doing?

Step #2:  Send high frequencies into the ionosphere (the lowest level, the D region). This is where HAARP comes in.

Step #3:   Direct the storm (into the desired direction) using radar towers which are located all over the country.

A recent commenter on The Gateway Pundit put it clearly.

‘HAARP creates the storms, NEXRAD directs them.’

NEXT, have you heard of NEXRAD?

It stands for Next Gen Weather Radar.

To put it simply, NEXRAD is a radar tower.

NEXRAD towers are operated by the National Weather Service. They are an agency of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, more commonly known as NOAA (pronounced as ‘Noah’)

(Did you notice in that clip above that showed the plane flying around the storm was labelled NOAA42? It was one of theirs.)

So, what do the towers do in the formation of hurricanes, tornadoes, and other weather?  2.5 minutes.

A friend sent me these images of this unusual ripple effect taken right over their area 2 years ago. This is very different from the naturally-occurring mammatus clouds sometimes seen before severe thunderstorms.

Steering Hurricanes and Tornadoes

They say there’s 160-some NEXRADs in the US.

Let’s take a look at this next clip. Notice the water. This is totally abnormal without a very strong energy source directed at it.

I can’t verify this is from NC, but what is happening here that’s causing such an unusual activity, creating waves out of nowhere?  26 seconds.

Here’s just one patent that shows how they can create/steer low pressure systems (tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.):

Notice here in the following clip the path of the clouds. You will see the NEXRAD towers turned on —but not in the cloud’s path.

Meaning the ones in the path are turned off to allow the storm to move into that area, but the ones around it are turned on to ensure that it doesn’t float off to the left or right.

Operation Popeye (1967-1972): Weather as a Weapon of War

Operation Popeye proved that weather could be weaponized. Conducted during the Vietnam War, this covert U.S. operation remains one of the most concrete examples of weather modification used in warfare. The goal was simple yet profound: extend the monsoon season over the Ho Chi Minh Trail, impeding enemy movement and supply lines. (See images and video here)

Cloud seeding aircraft, flying above the dense jungles of Southeast Asia, released silver iodide into the clouds, coaxing them to release their moisture. The operation succeeded in increasing rainfall by an estimated 30% in targeted areas, transforming weather into a tactical asset. Operation Popeye stands as a stark reminder of the military’s willingness to manipulate nature for strategic gain, raising ethical questions that resonate to this day.

The Patent Trail: Evidence of Advanced Weather Modification Technologies

A deep dive into patent databases reveals a startling array of technologies designed for weather modification and atmospheric manipulation. From early cloud seeding methods to more recent proposals for space-based solar shields, the sheer number and sophistication of these patents suggest that weather control is far more than a theoretical concept, but a bustling, behind the scenes industry.

There are hundreds of weather-modifying patents in existence. Here are a notable few to include:

• US Patent 3,813,875: “Rocket Having Barium Release System to Create Ion Clouds In The Upper Atmosphere” (1974)

• US Patent 4,686,605: “Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth’s Atmosphere, Ionosphere, and/or Magnetosphere” (1987)

• US Patent 5,003,186: “Stratospheric Welsbach Seeding for Reduction of Global Warming” (1991)

• US Patent 7,645,326: “RFID environmental manipulation” (2010)

• US Patent 10,533,879: “Hurricane and Tornado Control Device” (2020)

The existence of these patents raises serious questions about the true extent of weather modification capabilities and their potential applications beyond publicly stated goals. It also calls into question the unilateral denials by mainstream media outlets that any such weather modification or weaponization exists.

Put all of this together and it’s not at all unreasonable to believe that ‘they’ can influence and strengthen hurricanes.

It would take more faith to think they DON’T have that technology by now.
