I felt led to compile Dr. Makis’s nuanced colon cancer protocols for a friend of mine who was just diagnosed with advanced colon cancer because he told me he would prefer not to have chemo. Hopefully, this will be valuable for others, as well.
The 8 colon cancer stories (and images and email screen shots) that follow are from Dr. Wm Makis’s online cancer practice, which he presents (with names removed) on his Substack. Each of the 8 patients you will read about had an individualized protocol which worked for them very quickly. I believe these will be super insightful for those wanting to get up to speed fast, or those just curious about what can be achieved.
Three of the protocols use Ivermectin and Mebendazole and 6 of them use Ivermectin and Fenbendazole. Several were used alongside of chemotherapy.
8 Colon Cancer Stories w/ Fast Healing
#1. Ivermectin and Mebendazole Testimonial – 64 year-old woman with Stage 3B Colon Cancer did not want chemo. Was declared “Cancer Free” 3 months later. (source: Dr. Makis’s substack)
PROTOCOL USED:
A 64 year old patient with Stage 3B Colon Cancer had surgery in January 2025 which found involvement of two lymph nodes.
After surgery she was found to have a suspicious lung nodule on CT.
We started:
• Ivermectin 1.0mg/kg/day
• Mebendazole 1000mg/day
RESULTS:

“A 64 year old patient with Stage 3B Colon Cancer had surgery in January 2025, was found to have 2 positive lymph nodes for cancer and post op CT revealed a 1cm suspicious lung nodule
She didn’t want chemo, and after less than 3 months on Ivermectin and Mebendazole she was declared CANCER FREE.
SIGNATERA is a new blood test that can identify molecular residual disease (MRD), or recurrent cancer, sooner than existing methods by detecting the presence of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA).
In this case, because the patient came to me after surgery, we only had to contend with microscopic residual disease, maybe additional lymph node involvement and a suspicious lung nodule.

• Added Fenbendazole 444mg for 2 more months: 5.6×1.1cm to 3.7×0.8

• Dec.13, 2024: CT shows shrinking lymph nodes: 1.5cm to 1.3cm, 1.4cm to 1.2cm, but largest 3.0cm lymph node remains the same.

3 months, that’s all it took!!
Colon Cancer recurrence, treated with chemo, Ivermectin and Mebendazole – a powerful combination leading to a negative PET Scan.
That means the cancer cells are dead, confirmed by the normal CEA.

• 27 year old USA College athlete was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer with spread to the liver, in January 2025. Had mRNA injections so possibly mRNA Induced Turbo Colon Cancer.

These are “impossible results” to achieve with conventional Cancer Treatment only.

Younger cancer patients have the advantage of being able to handle higher doses of Ivermectin and Fenbendazole that are often necessary to achieve these results.

Dr. Makis’s Take…
For now, I’m mostly sharing results obtained after 2 or 3 months of Ivermectin and Fenbendazole or Mebendazole. Why?
It takes 2-3 months to start seeing results on imaging scans.
In this case, there was a very impressive metabolic response on PET/CT after only 2 months, which indicates cancer cell killing happening before the tumors start shrinking.
On a CT, many of these lesions would still appear to be the same size after 2 months, but on PET/CT most lesions show a drop in metabolism by over 50% with the rectal primary showing a drop of 80%.
You will notice in these stories that the patients are described as feeling great, and doing “better” than similar patients who are strictly following their Oncologist’s advice and not taking Ivermectin or any other repurposed drugs.

And that one sentence captures the essence of why thousands of Cancer patients are now seeking out repurposed drugs like Ivermectin, Fenbendazole and Mebendazole.

#7. 58 year-old man with Stage 4 Colon Cancer was failing chemo. Went on IVERMECTIN and MEBENDAZOLE and almost 100% cancer gone after just 4 months! (source: Dr. Makis’s substack)
STORY:
• 58 year old man (USA) with Stage 4 Colon Cancer & liver metastases since Oct.2023
• On chemo ever since.
• CEA was stable at 3.1 as of August 2024 but started rising
• By end of September 2024 CEA was 13!
• He was failing chemo and oncologists were scrambling to switch chemo regimens
TREATMENT: October 2024 to February 2025
• We started an aggressive protocol
• Ivermectin 1mg/kg/day increasing to 2mg/kg/day
• Mebendazole 1500mg/day
Dr. Makis’s Take…. to summarize:
58 year old patient with Stage 4 Colon Cancer with metastases to liver and omentum diagnosed Oct.2023 and on chemo ever since.
Between Aug and Sep.2024 CEA rose from 3.1 to 13 indicating chemo (Folfiri/Avastin) was failing and cancer was progressing rapidly.
While Oncologists were scrambling to change chemo (to irinotecan/cetuximab), patient reached out to me and we started Ivermectin 2mg/kg/day and Mebendazole 1500mg/day in early October 2024.
Four months later PET scan showed:
1. 100% resolution of sigmoid colon uptake (primary tumor)
2. 100% resolution of left upper quadrant omentum metastases
3. Almost 100% resolution of liver metastases with one remaining lesion SUV dropped from 9 to 6.9.
***This is an unbelievable result that Oncologists with their top chemo/immunotherapy regimens couldn’t achieve in one year (Oct.2023-Oct.2024), we achieved in 4 months! (Oct.2024-Feb.2025)
