Word is spreading that pine needle tea may offer a solution against covid vaccine “shedding” or transmission where vaccinated people are spreading harmful particles or substances to others around them.
Pharma industry insiders such as Dr. Michael Yeadon and Belgian Dr. Geert Vanden Bossche, internationally renowned Dr. Peter Mccullough, and Dr. Judy Mikovits have been warning us.
And the prestigious Salk Institute has authored a bombshell revealing that the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein is what’s actually causing vascular damage in covid patients and covid vaccine recipients, promoting the strokes, heart attacks, migraines, blood clots and other harmful reactions that have already killed thousands of Americans.
“Critically, all four covid vaccine brands currently in widespread use either inject patients with the spike protein or, via mRNA technology, instruct the patient’s own body to manufacture spike proteins and release them into their own blood. This floods the patient’s body with the very spike protein that the Salk Institute has now identified as the smoking gun cause of vascular damage and related events (such as blood clots, which are killing many people who take the vaccines). (source)
“Put simply, it means the vaccines were designed to contain the very element that’s killing people.
“The false assumption of the vaccine industry is that the spike protein is “inert” and harmless. The Salk Institute proves this assumption to be dangerously inaccurate.” (source)
Can this Newly Manufactured Synthetic Spike Protein Be Transmitted to the Unvaccinated?
Self-spreading vaccines are not a myth. Page number 45 from this PDF produced by Johns Hopkins University reveals that self-spreading vaccines already exist and are used to spread the vaccine “without requiring each individual to be inoculated.”
Pfizer openly admits their experimental mRNA BioNTech injection transmits “when a person receives unplanned direct contact”. [Click To View Full PDF: See Occupational Exposure (Page 69)]. Therefore this technology is immorally vaccinating the unknowing unvaccinated populations that make “unplanned contact” with the mRNA injected/vaccinated.
A (Potential) Antidote for Spike Protein Transmission
Here’s good news (for once)! Maybe there’s an ANTIDOTE for the current “vaccine/spike protein “contagion”, and it’s readily available.
Here are some excerpts from Simplelists.com. The article states:
“Dr. Judy Mikovits (1 min. MP4 is here) has revealed that the medical establishment has known all along about the antidote to the contagion – a contagion that is now being seen today by thousands of people who have not taken the serum, but have merely come in close proximity with others who have taken the jab.
“Apparently, Suramin has been a closely guarded secret not made openly available to the masses during this “pandemic”, yet is an effective solution for parasites and viruses and provides an antidote for those affected by the spike protein “contagion”.
“Surely anyone can make this antidote, as a pine needle tea, which would be extremely similar to Suramin, from pines that are native to the Northern Hemisphere and in many people’s backyards.”
I recommend you read the whole article to see the connection between Suramin and pine needle tea to decide for yourself.
I give the recipe (also how to ID the right pines) below. Note: this is not safe for pregnant or nursing mothers.
More excerpts from this Mike Adams article and Simplelists (the original article) follow:
“Fresh pine needles from appropriate trees have been used for centuries as sources of vitamin C and other phytochemicals that Native Americans used to treat respiratory infections and other ailments. Pine needles contain many other substances that appear to reduce platelet aggregation in the blood, potentially preventing blood clots that lead to strokes, heart attacks and pulmonary embolism diagnoses. (See published science sources below.)
“Many people now believe pine needles may be able to offer protection from covid spike proteins — which are engineered bioweapons found in covid vaccines — as well as covid vaccine “shedding” particles, which also appear to be biological weapons designed to achieve global depopulation.

The Trail from Suramin to Pine Needle Tea
“Suramin provides an antidote for those affected by the spike protein “contagion”.
“In the ‘100 Years of Suramin’ Study (the following paragraph within the subtitle “(Too) Many Targets”) outlines its antidote properties to the spike protein contagion (derived from the mRNA that gives instructions to replicate a spike protein in other cells):
“Suramin decreases the activities of a large number of enzymes involved in DNA and RNA synthesis and modification: DNA polymerases (103,104), RNA polymerases (103,105,106), reverse transcriptase (18,103), telomerase (67), and enzymes involved in winding/unwinding of DNA (107,108) are inhibited by suramin, as well as histone- and chromatin-modifying enzymes like chromobox proteins (109), methyltransferases (110), and sirtuin histone deacetylases (111).”
“This is medical-speak for inhibiting inappropriate replication and modification of RNA and DNA.
This comment in the Study also reveals Suramin’s ability to inhibit micro-clots:
“Suramin also showed inhibitory effects against components of the coagulation cascade (71, 130) …
“Excessive coagulation causes blood clots, mini-clots, strokes, and unusually heavy menstrual cycles.
“There is a indirect relationship between Suramin (the isolated extract) and pine needle tea because Suramin is a derivative of the oils in pine needles.
Again, you can see the details of the connection here.
THE DIRECT SCIENCE: Research published in the journal Food and Chemical Toxicology, a water extract (tea) from pine needles showed high levels of antioxidants and DNA-protective properties. [11]
“We know there are far more benefits derived from the whole herb than those derived from an isolated part.
“It would be logical that those who maintain high levels of health are not affected by either the v. serum nor the transmitted contagion. Come winter when the spike protein in their bodies will be challenged with new pathogens, we will all discover our true levels of health.
“Anyone depleted health-wise, (which can be said of many of us today), are being affected to varying degrees.”

Sourcing and Identifying Pines for Needles
It is imperative to choose the right pine needles.
SAFE: Experts recommend using eastern white pine and noble fir (like Douglas fir) as safe to drink.
Also: Spruce – Surprisingly Edible Abundant Evergreen Tree

UNSAFE: Some of the most well known toxic varieties include the ponderosa pine, balsam fir, lodgepole, and Monterey pines. Avoid them. Do thorough research or acquire pine needles from a trained herbalist or natural medicine practitioner. [1] [2] There are also toxic imitators, such as the English Yew, Norfolk Island pine, and the Yew pine. These should never be used to brew pine needle tea.
IDENTIFY YOUR PINE – the National Audubon Society Field Guide has both an Eastern Edition and a Western Edition.

This shows just how easy it is to make pine needle tea. 3 minutes.
Almost prophetically, Thomas Jefferson gave us this warning: “If people let government decide what foods they eat and what medicines they take, their bodies will soon be in as sorry a state as are the souls of those who live under tyranny.”
The RECIPE & Pine Needle Sources

The People’s Antidote – Pine Needle Tea
Making pine needle tea is easy, and only requires fresh pine needles and hot water!
The resulting liquid will contain shikimic acid, suramin, pigments and various terpenes, will look like tea, and have a woodsy pungent taste.
INGREDIENTS
• 1/3 cup chopped pine needles
• 2 cups boiled filtered water
• Optional: honey or other sweetener to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
• Collect pine needles from trees you’ve positively identified as pines, and not from the trees to avoid mentioned above.
• Remove needle clusters from the branch and rinse.
• Chop or snip pine needles into small pieces, discarding the brown covering holding the needle cluster together.
• Place chopped needles in a teapot or cup and cover with freshly boiled water.
• Allow to steep 10-15 minutes, strain and enjoy.
Drink several cups of this tea, cold or hot, every day if you have been exposed.
DO NOT BOIL: Boiling tends to break down vitamin C and release terpenes that make the tea bitter. If you want a stronger tea, simply add more needles rather than increasing the heat. Let your pine needle tea steep for about 20 minutes, or until the needles sink to the bottom of your pot or cup.
Pine needle tea is antioxidant, antidepressant, antibacterial, antiviral, antitumor, anti-inflammatory, immune system-boosting, cardiovascular-protecting, triglyceride-reducing, and more. Pine tea also kills parasites and helps autism.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Pregnancy: The USDA cautioned against the ingestion of Ponderosa pine needles. Given the toxicity of some pine species, it is best to avoid drinking this tea if you are pregnant.
Allergy: You should also be aware of any potential allergies to pine trees. It is recommended that you only try about half a cup in the beginning.

Wow, this is amazing. Thank you for all your research and then sharing with all of us! You are a blessing to many!
Lisa
Thank you for this research! This is definitely something I would like to learn more about. Do you think essential oils (like I know Doterra has a Douglas Fir) would be similar to the tea? I’m also wondering if it would be okay to take internally?
Jacqueline
I have not researched essential oils for the transmission, and at this time I am not comfortable to take it (Douglas Fir or Pine) internally.
Esther
Hi- I am a writer and researcher and have been published in many places as you can see on my website and I would like to interview you and write an article about your site. If you would like this, please contact me. My website is EstherFink.com
Michelle
So I wonder about pine essential oils?? Of taking those would help??
Jacqueline
Michelle, I would love if you would do some research on whether it would work to prevent transmission in some way. I am out of time, but very interested.
Also, at this time I am not comfortable to take it (Douglas Fir or Pine) internally.
Thank you, friend! ~J
Melena
I am living overseas in the tropics….no pines or spruce here. When I searched Amazon all the products were of Chinese origin and called “white needle.” Do you or anyone here buy this tea? What would you recommend?
thank you!
Jacqueline
Hi, Melena! I would not use anything of Chinese origin due to hugh levels of contamination. You cannot guarantee what “white needle” is.
Cindy
I recommend White Pine ,Scots, or Pitch Pine. They all make a delicious tea. I have been drinking it for years. I found a great seller online for it as well 🙂 https://www.etsy.com/listing/855920891/fresh-pine-needle-blend-for-tea-pinus?ref=shop_home_active_8&bes=1
Stephanie
Thank you, Cindy.
Audley Fogo
Hi! I am wondering if dried pine have the same positive effects against the Vaccine as fresh pine leaves.
Jacqueline
Hi, Audrey,
In this case, I think that the fresh pine needles would have more of the oils still in them. I wonder if the oils are evaporated or diminshed once they are dry as they eventaully turn brown.
I would go with fresher ones!
Blessings,
Jacque
Wendy Pattison
Hi can you please tell me where I can buy pine needle tea please thank you!
Jacqueline
Wendy, it is hard to find a good pine needle tea. Look locally for true white pines or cypress trees (see the Identification tips in the post), or search Etsy. Make sure it is really a safe pine to use.
See this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RdTcmexTBH0
I wish I could help more!

Mindy
Should the needles be fresh or can they be cut and stored?
Jacqueline
I would use those that are as fresh as possible. I am writing another post on 4 foods that contain shikimic acid, which is one of the active componenets, and it should be out tomorrow.

Deanna
In case Pine needles are difficult to obtain, the active ingredient of Suramin is Shikimic acid which was is isolated from Star Anise (Illicium anisatum). Star Anise seed pods are readily available as a flavouring spice, organic ideally. Shikimic acid is also in Cinnamon anongst many others https://www.researchgate.net/publication/338816210_Shikimic_acid_as_intermediary_model_for_the_production_of_drugs_effective_against_influenza_virus
Jacqueline
Deanna, thank you!! I love that you shared this! 😀 <3 !Jacque
Megan
Deanna, I’m glad you posted this! I’m pregnant right now and was going to make some doug fir needle tea today but then saw the warning for pregnant women. I’m going to contact our midwife tomorrow to see her take, but in the meantime, would foods like fennel and star anise be appropriate substitutes? Do you know of any other foods high in shikimic acid that are safe for pregnancy? Thank you! 🙂
Jacqueline
Megan, be very careful with star anise as well. I just got this article out about 3 other things that may help, but none are truly safe for pregnancy.
https://deeprootsathome.com/3-foods-that-contain-shikimic-acid-to-halt-transmission/
ASk her about dandelion… I am writing about that now for use in pregnancy and it is SAFE and desirable in pregnancy and while nursing!
Also, star anise supply may occasionally have Japanese star anise in it and it is a toxic plant. Read this … https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/star-anise#risks
Hugs! ~Jacque
Megan
Awesome, Jacque, thanks for posting this! I’ll ask our midwife about dandelion for sure!
I was at church yesterday chatting with a woman and had patted her arm, and then she told me she had just gotten the second dose of her vax yesterday 😫. My heart sank! Truly the Lord is in control but at the same time it’s my responsibility to do everything I can for this little one! I’ve been trying to focus more on foods I know are safe and help with blood clots like watermelon, citrus, kiwis, cinnamon, garlic in moderation, etc. Thankful watermelon is in season right now! 😊
Hugs, Jacque! Meg
Julie
Great information from everyone:) Thanks so much for sharing. We just got back from a walk in the woods where we gathered Douglas Fir needles. They smell soooo wonderful. Will be making the tea soon! God always makes a way!!!
Jacqueline
Yay! I am so thankful for what the Lord has provided! Praying for you and yours and that we can keep the freedoms so many have lost their lives fighting for!
Blessings ahd great health,

Reg Bee
Hi, the most commonly grown pine in Australia is the Pinus radiata. Can you tell me please if this species is safe to use.
Jacqueline
Reg Bee, since I don’t want to steer you wrong not knowing the tree for sure, I would seek advise from your local or state (or equvalent) natural resources department.
Here each state has a Dept of Natural Resources (DNR) where they go to school to know jus this kind of thing!
I hope that helps! God bless you!
~Jacque
Katrina Fekete
Please let me know if you find any information. I’m also in Australia. We have hoop pine growing abundantly at our place.
Jacqueline
Katrina, I would inquirw of your local department of natural REsources or the equivalent. The officers can answer any questions on native trees and plants, etc. in your locale.
In the US each state has a big department for just such things!
Also, look for the trees of Australia as they might mention if they are edible!
Blessings,
Jacque
D. Hartley
seems scientifically sound … I have been taking pine pollen tincture for several years, to counteract some of the effects of aging (I’m 69yrs.) I will not get tested for antibodies, but am pretty sure I was infected with c19 near the end of 2019 .. I thought it was “flu” at the time, but it matched a lot of the symptoms, especially super thick sticky ropy tenacious mucus in the lungs .. which lasted around 6 weeks, plus loss of sense of smell, which exists to this day 🙁
Jacqueline
D. Hartley, this will also be helpful: https://deeprootsathome.com/pine-needle-tea-potential-antidote-for-transmission-of-spike-protein/
Julie
We’ve made two batches of the pine needle tea now. Everyone in the family loves it…even my youngest who does NOT like to try new things:) We’ve tried it with raw honey and with organic stevia. Both ways are seriously delicious! Thank you so much for sharing this!!!
Christa
How long do you have to drink this? Forever?
Jacqueline
Hi, Christa!
I would drink it when you know you are exposed or possibly close enough to be exposed to a person who has been recently vacc’d. By recently, we have no idea how long this may transmit or how much does.
I am sorry, but no one really knows.
Christa Morgan
I’m the one who is vaccinated. I guess I thought this tea would help those who got the jab.
Jacqueline
Hi, Agaain, Christa!
I’m so sorry. I do believe it would help with the bleeding and thrombosis concerns, as well as reproductive disorders after coronavirus injections, including excessive or absent menstrual bleeding, delayed menstruation, vaginal hemorrhaging, miscarriages, and stillbirths. It might have to be fprever since you too this experimental gene therapy. sadly, it is part of you forever.
ana
Where to buy this pine needles, if we don’t have it around and don’t know its clean or contaminated??
Jacqueline
Ana, it depends on where youare located. Are you in US or outside of country? Let me know and I will try to help.
DavetteB
If white pine (Pinus strobus) is a correct variety, PennHerb dot com carries it in both cut and powdered form (though I don’t know if making your own capsules would be beneficial – is water needed to extract the beneficial parts?)
HTH
Jacqueline
Hi, Davette! I wouldn’t put it into capsules, but steep it in boiling water for 15-20 minutes!
Thanks! will check that out! ~J
Katie
Dear Jacqueline,
Thank you for the wonderful and so helpful information on pine needle tea and dandelion tea.
Do you think the pine needle tea is safe for a four year old?
Also, do you know of a possible use of a pine essential oil that could be helpful? Or dandelion essence?
Thank you so much for your time.
Jacqueline
Hi, Katie!
I would give half a cup a day to a child of 4, but start slowly to see if there is allergy there.
It has been used by Native american Indians for hundreds of years and by many others to survive, so we know it is very safe.
I am not comfortable using pine oil internally and do not beleive one of the componenets is shikimic acid.
Check with the company whose EO you use and they can give you the complete assay of their product.
I hope that helps!

Lily
Hi, I live in Victoria, Australia, no matter where I look I can’t figure out which pines are edible here. Do you or anyone else have any idea or can you point me in the right direction to how I can figure this out? Many thanks, Lily
Jacqueline
Hi, Lily!
I recommend that you call your local government Dept. of Natural Resources or the equivalent. They are trained to know the local flora and fauna and can advise you.
In the US, every state has one, but I don’t know about your country.
I wish I could help more than that!
I pray there are a whole bunch that are safe…but ask questions first and don’t guess on this one!
Blessings,
Jacqueline
Abby
Hi Jacqueline,
Do you have any recommendations on where to buy pine needles? I am in the US. Thanks!
Jacqueline
Abby, I don’t right now as many are sold out. Try to find a local tree and forage if you can get permission.
This video is helpful to get you started: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RdTcmexTBH0
God bless you! ~Jacque
Laura
So, am I correct in understanding that other conifers may be used, such as white cedar or blue spruce? Or does it have to be actual pine?
Jacqueline
Laura, Here is a great video to explain further: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RdTcmexTBH0
THIS is SO helpful to know how to choose your tree!! And there is more ID info IN the actual post! 😀
Blessings! ~Jacque
Jennifer
Do you think that pine needles can be tinctured? Maybe heated and then tinctured?
Thanks!
Roz
What will happen if you take the wrong type of pine needle?
Thanks
Jacqueline
Hi, Roz, I do not know. It would depend on what which tree you sued, but likely nausea, stomach ache, hadache, dizziness, sweating..
This post is very specific about which pines are safe. https://deeprootsathome.com/pine-needle-tea-potential-antidote-for-transmission-of-spike-protein/
I hope that helps!

Linda Rogers
In Colorado, we found Douglas Fir in the mountains not too far from our city. We have no white pine in this state. I didn’t want to collect Douglas fir from a public or private yard due to potential chemical usage. Finding Douglas fir is easy if you know what its pine cone looks like. Super unique and different from all other pine cones. I tried to insert an image, but it didn’t take. So browse for images yourself. You’ll see a structure that looks like a tiny mouse foot with a long middle toe…all over that pine cone. (It’s rather cute actually.) And then you walk around the woods looking for a tree with those cones littered beneath it. We love this tea. We make it as sun tea…in a jar… with a couple of green tea bags in it…and we sweeten with sugar or honey and serve it over ice. GREAT!
Jacqueline
Thanks for sharing your knowledge, Linda Rogers! I love that you do it as Sun Tea and add green tea!
Good health to you!

Janelle James
Hello, Jacqueline!
I hope its ok to reach out to you here as I know you are busy, but wanted to ask you if you know anything about the science based products Protandim and how they activate the Nrf2, Nrf1 pathways and NAD pathway? (Very different to supplementation) but are fantastic for “whats going on in the world” right now and wondered if you are open to taking a look at a science conference that explains how they work biochemically , to see if they could be of value to your people alongside all the other products you promote right now
would love to chat further! xx

Janelle, I am aware of patented protandim and also the single components. I almost got a chance to write about the synergy of the herbs together but have not been able to complete it. I did start it – about 2 years ago.
My biggest problem is lack of time. The schedule is insane with having 4 grandbabies under 22 months by Christmas! Lol
You can send me info, but I may not be able to really process it at this time. Also, I am not looking to become a distributor to anything more than TRS.
What I do want is for families and individuals to be able to research and be proactive for their health now that unethical powers are stripping people of personal choice.
Blessings,
Jacque
12Question
Jacqueline, I love your posts and all the excellent information with supporting links you provide. Sorry, to have to make a point of correction. It’s not in your basic content, but rather in your Jeffersonian quote which turns out to be incorrect and only a paraphrase (you can follow your own hyperlink which calls it spurious) and says this: “This quotation has never been found in Jefferson’s papers in its above form, but it is most likely a paraphrase of Jefferson’s statement in Notes on the State of Virginia, ‘Was the government to prescribe to us our medicine and diet, our bodies would be in such keeping as our souls are now.’
Jefferson’s context was speaking about religion and you can review it in fuller detail (3rd paragraph) here: https://press-pubs.uchicago.edu/founders/documents/amendI_religions40.html Even given the actual context, it speaks about science correcting its errors and conscience, so it’s interesting:
“Was the government to prescribe to us our medicine and diet, our bodies would be in such keeping as our souls are now. Thus in France the emetic was once forbidden as a medicine, and the potatoe as an article of food… The government in which he [Newton] lived was wise enough to see that this was no question of civil jurisdiction, or we should all have been involved by authority in vortices. In fact, the vortices have been exploded, and the Newtonian principle of gravitation is now more firmly established, on the basis of reason, than it would be were the government to step in, and to make it an article of necessary faith. Reason and experiment have been indulged, and error has fled before them. It is error alone which needs the support of government. Truth can stand by itself. Subject opinion to coercion: whom will you make your inquisitors? Fallible men; men governed by bad passions, by private as well as public reasons. And why subject it to coercion? To produce uniformity. But is uniformity of opinion desireable [sic]? No more than of face and stature. Introduce the bed of Procrustes then, and as there is danger that the large men may beat the small, make us all of a size, by lopping the former and stretching the latter. Difference of opinion is advantageous in religion…What has been the effect of coercion? To make one half the world fools, and the other half hypocrites. To support roguery and error all over the earth…Reason and persuasion are the only practicable instruments. To make way for these, free enquiry must be indulged… Our rulers will become corrupt, our people careless. A single zealot may commence persecutor, and better men be his victims” [I’d add that differences in science is advantageous in science, and is in fact true science. Furthermore, “settled science” is an oxymoron, a religion of it’s own, and subject to tyranny.]
Jacqueline
Thanks, 12Question, for your catching that re: the Jefferson quote. I am having severe time management issues right now with my health and the birth of 2 grandchildren nearby, so maybe can get back to fixing that one day soon.
Blessings,
Jacqueline

Would black spruce or black pine be beneficial for this (or other health benefits)? Both grow plentifully here. We collect the spring spruce tips for a variety of uses. Thanks
Jacqueline
Hi, Davette,
I would research both of those trees just to make sure that they are good. I am assuming the spruce is, but just verify that!
Blessings,
