Subtitle: Amazon Nebulizer Listings Gutted Under FDA Enforcement!
Now, I can’t predict what exactly we’ll need in the future, but I believe having your own desktop nebulizer will be important once again soon (nebulizing saved countless lives during COVID). Remember the dire respiratory problems that put so many in the hospital never to leave alive? Flu often has a strong respiratory component, too.
Tom Renz explains some of why I’m even talking about this:
🚨 Moderna’s Betrayal: mRNA Flu Shots Are the Trojan Horse
MAHA is my core — I’m not going anywhere. But I’ve been warning about this for years: they’re quietly replacing all vaccines with mRNA tech. First up? The flu shot.

By having a desktop nebulizer and a few inexpensive things on hand (and doing a dry run of this protocol), you will be ready if/when you need to use it and can nip any infection in the bud if started early enough.
That said, I wonder if that’s why we can’t find a good durable desktop nebulizer on Amazon – or on Walmart online, or just about anywhere else we used to find them before!
Amazon Nebulizer Listings Gutted Under FDA Enforcement
Several things happened almost at once:
In March, 2025, an FDA warning letter classified Amazon’s FBA fulfillment as “active distribution” of Class II medical devices rather than “neutral” marketplace listings. Amazon responded the way any platform facing device liability responds: it over-removed. It was not because those devices are unsafe, but because the compliance burden of listing them stopped being worth it.
Then the generic affordable, and usually reliable, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) units (usually from China) that rushed into the vacuum started changing listings every few weeks. Once I found a good nebulizer that I could recommend to readers in my 8 nebulizing posts, I would link to it. Within weeks, readers would let me know they got 404 errors. The listings had been removed outright.
What I Find When I Search the Category Now
A search for a nebulizer machine in August, 2026, on Amazon, including the wording (“atomizer,” “inhaler machine”) sellers now use to dodge enforcement returned these:
- Carrying cases and travel bags (by a wide margin the most common result)
- Replacement air filters for PARI compressors — machines you can no longer buy on Amazon
- Steam inhalers (Vicks, MyPurMist, MABIS) — these are not nebulizers, they do not deliver medication to the lower airways
- Essential-oil “nebulizing” diffusers
- Pet nebulizers — for cats, dogs and horses
The ONLY true nebulizer compressor I found today on Amazon was not there 1 week ago. This desktop nebulizer with 1 adult and 1 child’s masks may not last.
Get Your Desktop Nebulizer Now While They Are Relatively Available
You will need a durable desktop nebulizer compressor for serious pulmonary care to help stay out of the hospital, not a hand-held version which usually does not deliver to the lower lobes of the lungs, although it is definitely better than nothing at all.
After learning about the NEW mRNA Flusiva shot for this fall (and a probable widespread shedding event), I realized my “how to” nebulizer posts had broken links because of the FDA order. And that basic knowledge is no good without a sturdy workhorse desktop nebulizer! For such an important medical necessity, it is important to have links that work.
After a LOT of searching, I’ve found some good nebulizer kit resources like this one and this one and replaced all the broken links in the following posts, But if we were to have a repeat “plandemic” with a man-made, manufactured flu epidemic, like we did with COVID, the demand would certainly exceed supply. So, if you intend to get a nebulizer for your family, I would encourage you to get yours soon.
These are the various nebulizing protocols that have proven through time to be effective: (I recommend that you print what you want on hand if ever needed – which I pray it is not.)

There Are Numerous Sources Beside Amazon to Obtain a Personal or Family Nebulizer
Dedicated online medical supply stores I found include (and I will add more if needed):
Health Products For You – offers the Drive Power Neb Ultra Compressor Nebulizer (no rx needed) and they also carry compatible adult and children’s masks.
Diabetes Store particularly this (no prescription needed) nebulizer kit which already has masks included.
Medical Rite – this kit already has masks included.
Vitality Medical – carry a number of high quality nebulizers (Medneb, OMRON, PARI, and DeVilbiss) and compatible masks. Ask about need for prescription.
Just Nebulizers – carry a number of high quality nebulizers (OMRON, PARI, DeVilbiss, and more) and compatible masks. Ask about need for prescription.
Direct Home Medical – supplies (prescription needed) Power Neb Ultra Compressor and they also have compatible adult masks and children’s masks to order separately. The VixOne Adult Mask w/7 Foot Tubing is compatible with all the nebulizers on Direct Home Medical’s site.
Sometimes, you will need to get additional masks that are compatible with the unit you want, and the seller should be able to provide assistance. The VixOne Adult Mask will likely be compatible with most desktop units due to standardized tubing. If you have a larger family, you may want a separate mask for each person and label them each with a sharpie.
Where Else To Get a Quality Desktop Nebulizer
-
Pharmacies. You can often buy a nebulizer over the counter. Walgreens might still carry them, but as of right now, you cannot walk into CVS and just buy a nebulizer off the shelf. Smaller, independent pharmacies may also carry desktop nebulizers. Call the pharmacy beforehand to check if they have them in stock.
-
Medical supply stores. Both in-person and online medical supply stores carry nebulizers. You can google “medical and respiratory supply stores near me” or “stores that sell nebulizers near me.” Then, either call to check if they have nebulizers in stock or order one online.
-
Health Savings Account store. Check if your HSA or FSA plan carries nebulizers in their online store.
Insurance reimbursement for nebulizers
You can ask your insurance provider if they will cover a nebulizer. Medicaid may be more likely to cover nebulizers than other insurance. Generally, a prescription for a nebulizer is necessary to qualify for Medicaid coverage. If indicated, your doctor can write a prescription.
In most cases, your insurance covers a durable medical equipment (DME) nebulizer with a prescription, and your out-of-pocket cost is comparable to — often lower than — the Amazon generics.
A pulse oximeter is the single most useful companion device for nebulizing: it confirms that a treatment actually achieved its intended bronchodilatory effect, rather than guessing from how the patient feels.
“Do not be anxious, but bring your requests to God through prayer and thanksgiving, and receive the peace of God.” ~Philippians 4:6-7
“The Lord is my shepherd;
I shall not want.
He makes me to lie down in green pastures;
He leads me beside the still waters.
He restores my soul;
He leads me in the paths of righteousness
For His name’s sake.” ~Psalm 23:1-3
