Thiosinaminum has many marvelous effects. I’ll never forget the day my friend Dave surprised me when he came up to me with a great big grin, waving both arms straight up in the air!
Here’s the backstory (sent to me recently) explaining why Dave was so happy:
“About 20 years ago, I injured both shoulders helping move a refrigerator all by myself causing a frozen right shoulder. A year later, my left shoulder froze up, too. Both continued on for another year. Although they had gradually improved, I still experienced occasional pain. I hadn’t had full movement of either shoulder in 20 years. Last summer, while throwing grand-kids at a pool, I suddenly got searing pain in my right shoulder, which was temporarily relieved with a shot of cortisol. My rotator cuff was torn, probably a tearing of the previous scar tissue. I began following Jacque’s recommendation of Thiosinaminum pellets in the 30c potency. These sped up my recovery, and I soon had full movement in my right shoulder, and healing of my left, as well. The right shoulder had had 1 cortisol treatment, but the left shoulder did not, yet full range of movement occurred in both shoulders. I believe the left shoulder’s full range of motion can only be attributed to the Thiosinaminum pellets.” ~D.A.
This is similar to the outcomes I’ve experienced using homeopathic medicines in our family. While I’m not a registered homeopath, I enjoy studying these wonderful plant- and mineral-based medicinal gifts from our Creator and sharing them.
Amazing Thiosinaminum
Thiosinaminum is derived from oil of mustard seed and is known to help dissolve or modify old and hard fibrous adhesions, knots, and scar tissue, promoting healing of these structures. Frozen shoulder is one of many conditions where it’s quite effective. As you can see, the shoulder joint capsule becomes very fibrous when inflamed.

Here are the difficult symptoms that thiosinaminum in low potency is used for:
Adhesions: Abnormal connections between tissues, bones and organs due to fibrous bands, which can develop as a result of previous surgeries, infections, or inflammatory conditions (incl. endometriosis).
Burns and Scalds: Assists in preventing scar formation and aids in healing.
Contractures: Tightening or shortening of muscles or tendons, restricting movements.
Dupuytren’s Contracture: Thickening of the tissue under the skin of the hand, leading to finger contractures.
Episiotomy scars: Assists in healing and reducing discomfort after episiotomy.
Fibroids: Non-cancerous growth in the uterus that can cause heavy bleeding or pain.
Goiter: Enlargement of the thyroid gland, causing a visible swelling in the neck.
Scarring from surgery, acne, burns, or injuries: Helps in reducing scar tissue formation.
Strictures: Narrowing, tightening, or constriction of tubes or passages in the body.
Tendonitis: Inflammation of tendons, often resulting for repeated strain or injury.
Vocal Cord Nodules/Polyps: Benign growths of the vocal chords, affecting voice quality (source)
Clarke’s Dictionary of Practical Materia Medica lists clinical uses for thiosinaminum to include swollen glands, lymph system support, Lupus, stricture of rectum, benign tumors, and tinnitus. It’s also helpful for stuffed up ears due to pressure changes from diving, flying, etc. (source) Also listed in several repertories are help with cataracts, ovulation (it’s safe in pregnancy), acne scars, and deafness when the ear drum thickens. (source) Boericke lists Ectropion (out-turning of the eyelid), opacities of cornea, ankylosis (of joint/spine), scleroderma, noises in ear, and arteriosclerotic vertigo.
Thiosinaminum is useful and valuable for the emergency kit or medicine cabinet used according to the advised directions below.
This 1:30 minute video gives a quick review.
Suggested Dose and Instructions:
Don’t touch the pellets; just tap the 3-4 pellets into the cap and toss them into a clean mouth away from food or drink for 15 minutes either side. Suck or chew them and don’t just swallow them. Take one dose 1- 3 times a day. Use with less frequency as improvement is made.
Homeopathic Medicine Sources:
Purchase Thiosinaminum 30c pellets on Amazon, better yet, from Pure Formulas. And the best value (800 pellets) is from Elixirs.com, so you’ll have enough to share. Lastly there’s a topical product for spot use.
Homeopathic medicines are considered safe when used as directed. They are highly diluted, are unlikely to cause adverse effects, and they are not placebo. Stored properly, homeopaths find they last indefinitely. And keep them strictly away from your cell phone.

There are special interest groups that do not want us to know about this and other individualized natural means to better health.
Yet, recent data from Germany, France, Spain and Italy confirm that homeopathy continues to be well known, used and appreciated by a majority of Europeans. Mt. Sinai Medical Center reports: “Homeopathic medicines that are sufficiently diluted are not known to interfere with conventional drugs, however, if you are currently taking prescription medicines you should consult your doctor.”
I have other articles on homeopathy here, including ‘Hyoscyamus: One Secret That Families Should Know For ADHD, Behavior‘.
Used wisely, inexpensive basic homeopathic medicines can keep us out of the doctor’s office and even out of the ER. See 2 first aid posts here and here.
